Family-run since 1960 · East African highlands
Washed micro-lots, peaberry and AA green coffee grown at 1,800 metres on volcanic soil. Hand-picked, estate-processed and shipped directly to roasters across four continents.
Acacia Coffee Co. sits in Acacia Valley on the volcanic slopes of the East African highlands. The altitude, mineral-rich soil and bimodal rainfall give us the conditions we need to grow clean, layered arabica year after year.
The farm has been run by the Moshi family for three generations and sixty harvests. Everyone from field worker to estate manager lives on-site. We have two natural springs, an on-farm wet mill, a cupping kitchen and 120 permanent staff with housing, medical care and schooling provided.

Every coffee pulp goes back to the fields as compost. The volcanic soil is the estate's most valuable asset.
Our wet mill uses spring water and recirculates during peak harvest to protect downstream watersheds.
Every permanent worker has housing, medical care and schooling for their children as part of their employment.
Every bag carries its block, variety and harvest date. Roasters who visit can stand where their coffee grew.
Clean, bright, layered. Acacia's washed lots have become a staple of our single-origin rotation. Traceable, transparent, easy to work with.
We have sourced peaberry and AA from Acacia for five consecutive harvests. Cup quality is steady and the team communicates well on lot timing.
Red-fruit heavy, syrupy body, surprising clarity for a natural. A favourite at our cupping table this year.
Whether you need a 60kg sample of peaberry or a full container of AA, we would love to hear from you. Request a sample or ask about the current harvest.
