How quickly will you respond?

We reply to enquiries within one working day. Samples are dispatched within five working days of request confirmation.

Can I visit the estate?

Yes. We welcome roaster and importer visits during harvest season between August and March. Get in touch in advance so we can arrange pickup from the nearest city and plan a cupping session.

Do you ship samples internationally?

Yes. We ship 300g sample bags worldwide via courier. Sample costs are covered on confirmed commercial enquiries.
