Who controls your data

This website and the data collected through it are controlled by Acacia Coffee Co., registered at Plot 42, Acacia Valley, East African Highlands, CLIENT_COUNTRY. You can reach us at hello@acaciacoffee.example for any data-related request.

What data we collect

We only collect the information you submit through our enquiry form: your name, company, email, country and any notes you include. We do not collect payment information on this site.

Our web server logs standard anonymous information about every visit (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days.

Why we collect it

Enquiry data is used to respond to your request and to follow up on sample shipments or orders. Legal basis: consent (when you submit the form) and legitimate interest (to run our export business). No data is used for marketing without your further consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to three years so that we can continue conversations with repeat roasters and importers. You can request deletion at any time.

Who we share data with

Enquiry submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to our email inbox. Email is hosted by our email provider. Our website is hosted by our hosting provider. We do not share data with any advertising networks or sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies needed for the site to work (for example, remembering whether you accepted the cookie banner). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this demo version of the site.

We load fonts from Google Fonts. Depending on your location, Google may record your IP address when the fonts are delivered. See the Google privacy policy for detail.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will continue to function without them.

Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent laws, you have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to its processing, to request portability to another service, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@acaciacoffee.example with your request and we will respond within one working day. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in your country.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes we will notify existing contacts by email.
